Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship nationwide via courier. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery times vary between 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
